Real Life Hero jumped off the bus the moment he woke up. Gliding over the treetops he noticed a hole full of junk. He landed near the garbage and found a burst rifle. “Good,” he thought, listening to another human parachuting near him.

He went around the trash and picked up a hand pistol that was lying around. When he turned around he noticed two humans fighting on top of the nearby tower.

Real Life Hero fired at the one who was already hit and managed to eliminate him, wasting only a few rounds. The other human, alerted by the shooting, hid and ran down the stairs. It was a cartoonish character in white. Once he was on the ground he walked closer to Real Life Hero, shooting at him.

Real Life Hero fired back. A few shots in and the cartoon-man was eliminated. Real Life Hero gathered some wood and gold his dead opponents had left behind and climbed up the tower to see what else he could find.

Up the tower someone spotted him and started shooting. Real Life Hero looked around. He couldn’t see anyone but he heard heavy footsteps nearby.

“Is he climbing up the tower?” he thought.

Before there was any time to process where the sound was coming from the opponent appeared from behind the corner of the stairs and shot at him. Surprised by the sudden sighting, the shooter managed only one shot.

Real Life Hero ran down the stairs. That’s when the shooter managed a couple of good shots on his back. Real Life Hero jumped off the tower and away from the shooter with barely enough life to survive another hit.

There was no lifesaving drug anywhere nearby and the shooter wouldn’t give up. Real Life Hero waited for a good time to shoot. The shooter sprinted past him. This was his opportunity. He started shooting. The runaway shooter stopped and approached.

Real Life Hero shot him dead. But another shooter was on his tail. Still with little life left, Real Life Hero ran away to try to recuperate some strength before facing another opponent.

More shots coming at him. He jumped up the roof and looked around. He couldn’t spot the shooter. Then he got hit in the arm. He moved away, down the roof. Finally, he spotted some bandages a few meters away. He picked them up and hid in the bush.

The bandages did their magic and Real Life Hero was back in the hunt. He picked up a bottle of blue protecting liquid and hid inside a nearby building to drink it away from prowling eyes. A wolf ran inside the second room. It howled. Then it pounced at him.

Real Life Hero picked his pistol and shot the wolf dead.

He moved ahead to avoid the storm, picking up guns and ammo along the way. He was almost in the safe zone when another shooter fired at him. Bullets flew past him for a good while before he spotted the shooter in white.

Real Life Hero fired his weapon. Another opponent was dead.

“This must be my lucky day,” he thought having eliminated so many shooters and having avoided death once already.

He spotted a chest along the river and went to search it. He picked up another gun and crossed the river to enter the safe zone just ahead. This was a good day.

All was quiet when he got shot in the back. He was dead before he could feel any pain.

Until tomorrow.
